Occasionally sunglasses break. It is sad, but true. So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of date of purchase, our Glass Story replacement discount promise will apply.

The replacement discount is 30% of the retail price paid at time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses . Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with Proof of Purchase to our Glass Story retail store within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The replacement discount cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion, or for the purchase of sale items.

Glass Story warrants our sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.

If the sunglasses are returned with proof of purchase to our store from within the warranty period, and we find that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.

If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a replacement.

You will be responsible for any expenses in returning them to us and collecting them. We will be responsible for any other expenses.
